Elaine Davis

Elaine Davis is an experienced advisor and human resources executive, currently serving as an advisor for Breakthru and SucceedSmart since August 2024 and July 2021, respectively, and as an advisor and venture partner at Act One Ventures LP since May 2017. Davis has been a board member at Enterprise Ireland since January 2019, contributing to the development of Irish-owned companies. Previously, Davis held significant leadership roles including Chief Human Resources Officer at HealthComp from August 2021 to January 2024 and at Continuum Global Solutions from April 2019 to August 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of HR at Conduent during 2017 and at Xerox from September 2010 to December 2016, where responsibilities included leadership development and strategic business transformation. Prior to these roles, Davis was Senior Vice President at GSK from January 1994 to October 2010, managing various HR functions. Davis holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, in Information Science/Studies and Political Science, respectively.
