Adam Michalowski

Adam Michalowski is an emerging educational leader currently serving as an Assistant Principal Fellow at Success Academy Charter Schools, focused on school leadership development and enhancing English Language Arts instruction. Prior experience includes a tenure at KIPP Colorado Public Schools, where Adam taught AP Seminar and AP Research, achieving significant enrollment growth and leading curriculum development as Department Chair. Adam's diverse experience also includes roles as a Corps Member with Teach For America and a Fulbright Scholar in Cyprus, where contributions included co-teaching English and supporting asylum claims through policy analysis. Additionally, Adam has worked in recruitment at Yale University and completed internships with Deloitte Consulting and the New York State Office of Federal Affairs, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Education from Yale University.
