Elia Johnson is a Senior Operations Associate at Success Academy Charter Schools, with previous experience in project management, operations, and administration at various organizations including GEICO and the U.S. Census Bureau. Elia is also the Founder & CEO of Gilded Gold, and has a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies/Affairs from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from University at Albany, SUNY.
