John Marshall

John Marshall currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Technology Innovation at Success Academy Charter Schools since 2024. Prior to this role, John held various positions at Cornerstone OnDemand from 2018 to 2024, culminating in the role of Assistant Vice President of Learning Content and Product Management, leading a team to enhance workplace education through AI-driven strategies. At Grovo from 2015 to 2018, John directed product strategy and significantly contributed to the company’s acquisition by Cornerstone OnDemand. John’s earlier experience includes content marketing and management roles at JSTOR and Educational Testing Service, where John was involved in assessment content development for the TOEIC. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Princeton University and a Master of Arts in Education Policy from Teachers College, Columbia University.
