Kelly Kriz

Kelly Kriz serves as the Associate Director at Success Academy Charter Schools, leading high school and college access and preparedness initiatives since April 2022. With a strong background in educational program development, Kelly previously held roles at Harlem Village Academies as Director of Special Projects and Associate Director of Enrichment Programs, as well as various positions at Success Academy Charter Schools, focusing on college preparedness and professional development, including managing significant programs such as the Summer Experience. Early career experiences include case management at Girls Incorporated of Lynn and coaching at the YMCA. Kelly holds an Ed.M from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Modern European History and Spanish from Smith College, along with additional studies at Universidad de Córdoba.
