Michael Koeppel

Michael Koeppel has over 25 years of work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Michael is currently the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Success Academy Charter Schools since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Roivant Sciences as the Head of Talent Acquisition from January 2019 to June 2021 and as a Talent Acquisition Consultant from November 2018 to January 2019. Before that, Michael held the position of Senior Director and Head of Talent Acquisition at ABM Industries from December 2016 to October 2018. Michael also worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Cablevision from October 2014 to December 2016. Additionally, they served as the Talent Acquisition Leader, Americas at Arup from August 2013 to October 2014 and was the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Tyco International from December 2008 to August 2013. Earlier in their career, they held leadership roles such as National Recruiting Manager at K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC from June 2004 to December 2008, and Senior Recruiter at Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation from June 1996 to June 2004.

Michael Koeppel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wesley College, Delaware between 1992 and 1996.
