Poonam Kharde

Poonam Kharde is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources management, currently serving as a Delivery Manager-RPO and previously holding roles such as Team Lead and Assistant Manager in Talent Acquisition at Success Booster since January 2021. Prior to this, Poonam worked as a Senior HR Talent Acquisition at Yellowbox HR Services Pvt. Ltd. from May 2020 to February 2021, and as an Executive HR focused on talent acquisition at Incede Software & Consulting (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. in Pune from November 2019 to June 2020.
