Katie Blum

Katie Blum is a seasoned network engineer currently employed as a Remote Services Network Engineer at SUCCESS Computer Consulting since February 2019. Previously, Katie held various roles at ARC Document Solutions, including Domain Administrator and Help Desk Support from May 2014 to February 2019. With an extensive background in customer service and sales support at Parallel Sales from March 2003 to May 2014, and experience as a Purchasing Assistant at Packaging Incorporated from June 2000 to March 2003, Katie has developed a robust skill set in technical support and administration. Katie earned a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the University of Iowa between 1996 and 2000.
