Ejieme Eromosele has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They are currently working as the GM, EMEA at Quiq, a position that they started in January 2023. Prior to this, Ejieme served as the VP of Customer Success & Account Management at Quiq from May 2021 to December 2022. They also founded Success in Black in 2021 and continue to hold the position of Founder. Ejieme has been an active angel investor and advisor since 2019, focusing on pre-seed and seed stage companies. They have also served on the Advisory Board of The Success League from February 2022 onwards. Ejieme was a founding member of Chief from January 2019 to July 2022. Prior to these roles, Ejieme held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Snaps from March 2018 to May 2021. They also worked at The New York Times as the Managing Director of Customer Experience from January 2016 to March 2018, where they established a robust CX measurement and analytics framework. Ejieme has also taught as an Adjunct Faculty at Rutgers Business School Executive Education from March 2017 to February 2018, where they developed and delivered coursework on customer-centric management. Before that, Ejieme worked at PwC from August 2011 to January 2016, starting as a Senior Associate and eventually becoming a Manager. At PwC, Ejieme focused on driving customer experience strategy and execution for clients in the telecommunications, media, and entertainment industries.

Ejieme Eromosele holds an MBA degree in Strategy and Global Business from NYU Stern School of Business. They also completed their undergraduate studies at New York University, earning a BA degree in Economics. Additionally, Ejieme has obtained certifications from SuccessHACKER, including being recognized as a "2023 Top 100 Customer Success Strategist" and serving as a judge for the "2022 Top 25 Customer Success Influencer" award.
