Carolyn Hass, Ph.D.

Carolyn Hass, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Carolyn started their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at Université de Montréal, where they contributed to a multi-year research project on collaboration in healthcare project teams and was named as an author in a publication by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Carolyn then worked as a Consultant at S3 Technologies Inc., specializing in employee selection and evaluation. In 2014, they joined Optimum Talent as a Solutions Consultant for their Pathfinder Career System. Most recently, they have been working at SuccessFinder, starting as the Director of Product and later being promoted to Vice President of Product and R&D.

Carolyn Hass, Ph.D. has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Research & Intervention in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Université de Montréal. Carolyn also holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the same institution. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology from McGill University. In 2017, they obtained a certification as a SuccessFinder Master-Level Certified Coach from SuccessFinder.
