Charles Guay has a diverse range of work experience in the finance and technology sectors. charles currently serves as the President & Chief Operating Officer of SuccessFinder, a Montreal-based technology company specializing in human resources. At SuccessFinder, Guay focuses on improving recruitment, development, and talent promotion within organizations. Previously, they were a Member of the Board of Directors at AGF Investments and a Member of the Board of Directors at Pomerleau. Guay has also held executive positions at Manulife, including President & CEO of Manuvie Quebec and EVP & GM Institutional Markets Manulife Canada. charles was the President & CEO of Standard Life Canada and President & CEO of National Bank Securities Inc. at Banque Nationale du Canada. Earlier in their career, Guay held senior leadership roles at National Bank of Canada and Fidelity Investments.
