Steven Zou is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operational management within the technology and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Director at SUCCESSGLO PTE LTD since September 2014, Steven is responsible for strategic growth initiatives and performance optimization. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at EC Innovations, Inc., from March 2010 to August 2014, Steven successfully restructured production teams and implemented a comprehensive Quality Assurance system. Steven also held the position of Production Director at E-C Translation (Beijing) Ltd. from May 2004 to February 2010, where the focus was on surpassing client expectations. Steven holds a PhD in Mechanical Design and Theory from Northeastern University (CN) and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Chinese Aeronautical Academy.
