Darryl Bates Brownsword

Darryl Bates-Brownsword has a wealth of work experience. Darryl began their career in 1989 as a Project Engineer for ETSA Utilities. Darryl then moved to Optima Energy as a Business Manager in 1989. In 1998, they became a Management Consultant for Indec Consulting. In 1999, they joined Shirlaws as a Partner and then in 2009, they became the Head of Product for Shirlaws Group. In 2017, they became a hands-on Partner for The FD Centre Limited. In 2019, they founded Succession Plus UK and in 2022, they became the Managing Partner for Succession Plus. Throughout their career, they have worked with mid-market business owners to help them get the most from their life's work and prepare their business for an exit. Darryl has also worked to build systems and structures for businesses to help them grow, as well as mentoring the leadership team on coaching skills, product IP, and systemizing for consistent, repeatable, and reliable outcomes.
