Don Poole has worked in the corporate world for over 40 years. Don started their career in 1980 as a Director at Poole Group. In 2014, they joined Succession Plus (QLD) as a Partner.

Don Poole obtained their CEPA (Certified Exit Planning Advisor) from the Exit Planning Institute in 2014, specializing in exit planning strategies.
