Lloyd Harris has been working in the financial services industry since 2003. Lloyd has a Master of Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Business (Majoring in Banking & Finance, and Funds Management). In 2005, they began working as a Family CFO at BMP Advisory Pty Ltd. In 2017, they became a Director at Family Wealth Partners - SMSF Administration. In 2020, they took on the roles of Founding Member & Accredited Specialist Adviser at SAPEPAA, Director at Mortgage Protect, and Director at BMP Connect. In 2022, they became a Partner at Succession Plus, where they provide financial advice and business consulting to some of Australia's most successful individuals, families, and businesses.

Additionally, they are a Registered Tax (Financial) Adviser.
