Francis Akinrinmola

Francis Akinrinmola has a diverse work experience. In 2014, they completed an industrial attachment at Songhai Delta in Nigeria. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a tutor at Cross River State College of Education. In 2017, they became the Principal of Confirmed Glory International School, where they implemented various educational initiatives and established a vision for academic success. That same year, they also joined Olam Nigeria Ltd as a Field Coordinator/Good Agricultural Practices Facilitator, where they managed sustainability programs, introduced innovative practices, and increased farmers' adoption of good agricultural practices. In 2022, they joined Olam Food Ingredient Nigeria as an Operations Coordinator, overseeing projects related to sustainability, cocoa procurement, and child labor prevention. FRANCIS also co-founded Agro-Cult Nigeria Limited in 2022, focusing on plantation establishment and hybrid seedling sales. Currently, they work as the Lead Project Coordinator at SUCDEN Groupe Sucres & Denrées, supervising sustainability projects and developing policies for partner operations.

Between 2010 and 2015, Francis Akinrinmola earned a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Benin.
