Helenice Zimmermann has extensive experience in the sugar and commodities industry. Helenice most recently served as the Head of Raw Sugar Operations at SUCDEN Groupe Sucres & Denrées since March 2023. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at Bunge Europe, including Head of Execution - Western Europe from April 2019 to February 2023, and Head of Execution Integrated Business Services - IBS from June 2017 to March 2019. Before joining Bunge Europe, they worked at Bunge Brasil as the Logistics Manager - Sugar & Bioenergy from February 2014 to June 2017. Helenice also worked in Singapore at Bunge Agribusiness Singapore Pte Ltd from January 2010 to January 2014 as the Regional Logistics Manager, Asia, and as a Logistics and Trading Merchant from March 2008 to December 2009. Their career in the industry started at Bunge Iberica SA, where they served as a Shipping and International Execution Specialist from January 2007 to February 2008. Overall, Helenice Zimmermann has a diverse background in logistics, trading, and management within the sugar and commodities sector.
Helenice Zimmermann completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree at Centro de Ciencias da Administracao - ESAG from 1993 to 1997. Helenice then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in International Finance at the University of Technology Sydney from 2001 to 2003. In 2011, they attended the Leadership Development Program - LDP at Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School for a year.
