Max Townsend is an experienced game designer with a strong background in systems design and team management. Currently serving as a Systems Designer at Sucker Punch Productions since January 2022, Max has previously held leadership roles, including Design Director at Bros Before Giraffes, where three games were developed and shipped with a small team. Additional experience includes working as a Systems Designer for Bungie's Destiny 2, contributing to various systems for seasonal releases, and serving as a Junior Multiplayer Designer at Final Strike Games, where input was provided during Rocket Arena's development.
