Amr Tajelser

Amr Tajelser is an accomplished HR Analytics & Employees Performance Manager with extensive experience in enhancing performance management systems and developing performance strategies. Currently at Sudani since October 2021, Amr excels in establishing performance policies and procedures that align with business objectives. Previously, as the HR Analytics Section Head at MASAD from May 2018 to September 2021, Amr specialized in data analysis and the creation of interactive dashboards to provide actionable insights for strategic improvements. Prior experience as a Health Information Analyst at Royal Care International Hospital involved addressing health information issues through comprehensive data analysis and reporting. Amr holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Al-Neelain University.
