Chandresh Rajguru

Chandresh Rajguru has extensive work experience in the coatings industry. Chandresh started their career as a Senior Executive at Grandpolycoats co. pvt. ltd., where they were responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating manufacturing activities. Chandresh then moved on to Shree Surya Coatings as a Technical Manager, where they headed and controlled the QC, R&D, and Production departments.

Rajguru went on to join Ramdev Resins Pvt. Ltd. as a Technical Manager, where they focused on new product development, modification, and cost reduction. Chandresh also provided technical service to customers and held the position of Management Representative for ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 activities.

At Esdee Paints Ltd., they took on the role of Manager (Technical Service) and was responsible for key account management and providing technical support to customers all over India. Chandresh ensured that customer quality and service expectations were met.

Rajguru then joined Aakar Paints as a Technical Manager, where they had overall responsibility for production, QC, R&D, and technical services to customers.

Currently, they are working at Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd. as a Manager-Coating. In this role, they ensure timely communication, feedback, and solutions for technical queries and problems. Chandresh conducts joint testing at customers' sites to resolve complaints and understand specific requirements. Chandresh also conducts plant and lab trials at customers' ends to provide inputs for further developments in R&D.

Chandresh Rajguru completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Operation Management & Marketing at NIM from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued their postgraduate studies in Paints & Varnishes at Sardar Patel University from 1994 to 1996. Chandresh also obtained their SSC degree from S.V.Virani High school-Rajkot, although the specific years are not provided.
