Aniruddha Deshpande

Aniruddha Deshpande is a seasoned professional in human resources management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Human Capital Management at Sudeep Pharma since April 2025, Aniruddha has previously held significant HR leadership roles at GSP Crop Science Ltd., Dorf Ketal, and Welspun Corp Limited. Prior experience includes managerial positions at PRESTRESS STEEL LLP, H M Patel Centre for Medical Care & Education, and Prestress Wire Industries, as well as an executive role at Videocon Industries Limited. Aniruddha holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and a Bachelor of Commerce from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
