Lukas Luggin is an experienced professional in the fields of food innovation and product design, currently working in the Innovation & Energy department at Südtiroler Bauernbund since October 2020. Previous roles include a Masterstudent in Packaging Development at Elanco, academic positions in industrial research and development projects at Puratos and Panzani, as well as a trainee in quality assurance at Dr. Schär. Additional experience includes part-time work at Luggin-Steffelehof and a trainee role focused on ecosystem food at IDM Südtirol-Alto Adige. Lukas holds a Master of Science in Food Innovation & Product Design from institutions such as FIPDes, Lund University, Technological University Dublin, and AgroParisTech, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School®. Education was complemented by a short-term experience at the National University of Singapore and completion of Matura at Technologische Fachoberschule Bruneck.
