Sophia Gesing

Sophia Gesing is an experienced professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Teamlead People Development at Südwestdeutsche Medienholding GmbH since March 2020. Prior to this role, Sophia was a Talent Managerin at Weltreise and held positions at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE as a Werkstudent in HR Projects and Labor Law, and at BMW Group as a Praktikantin in Competence Management.
