Lukas Bopzin

Lukas Bopzin is an experienced IT support professional currently serving as IT Support 2nd/3rd Line and previously as First Line Support at Sue Ryder since August 2022. Prior roles include 1st Line Support at emovis from August 2019 to October 2020 and First Line Support at Malvern Group from March 2017 to August 2019, where Lukas began as an apprentice. Lukas has developed skills in Office 365 Administration and holds a Level 3 Networking Infrastructure IT qualification from York College, completed in 2018, following earlier education at Woldgate School from 2011 to 2016.
