Dennis Hellweg

Dennis Hellweg has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dennis started their career in 2010 at SRH Hochschule Heidelberg, where they worked as a Dozent und Personalreferent until 2016. Dennis then joined Lidl in Deutschland as a Consultant for Talent Management & Eignungsdiagnostik and worked there until 2020. In 2020, they moved to Lidl International, where they worked as a Consultant for Personal International until 2022. Currently, Dennis is working at Südzucker as the Head of People & Culture Corporate HR, starting in 2023.

Dennis Hellweg has a strong education background in the field of Wirtschaftspsychologie (business psychology). Dennis began their academic journey at the University of Mannheim in 2005, where they focused on Volkswirtschaftslehre (economics) for one year. Subsequently, they attended SRH Hochschule Heidelberg, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Wirtschaftspsychologie in 2008. Dennis further pursued their education at the same institution and completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Wirtschaftspsychologie in 2010.
