Youssef Mohamed is an experienced professional in the banking and logistics sectors, currently serving as a Contact Center B.O Supervisor at Suez Canal Bank since December 2021, after progressing from a Contact Center Team Leader - Banker A role. Prior to this, Youssef held the position of Logistics Team Leader at noon, where responsibilities included planning and managing logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customer services.
