Michelle Sutton MCIPPdip FHEA Dip is an accomplished professional in payroll and rewards management with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Head of Reward & Pensions at SUEZ since September 2018, Michelle has led key initiatives including role benchmarking. As a Tutor for the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals since July 2012, Michelle supports students in achieving their Foundation Degree in Payroll Management. Previous roles include Head of Payroll and Benefits at Admiral Group plc, where significant payroll improvements and operational expansions were implemented, earning multiple CIPP awards. Michelle also held managerial positions at The Body Shop, Integreon, Catalent Pharma Solutions, and Tesco, developing expertise in payroll processing, system migration, and team development throughout a successful career.
