Hesham Abdallah is an accomplished professional in the cement manufacturing industry with significant experience in operational management and production oversight. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Manager at Suez Cement – HeidelbergCement Group since November 2012, Hesham has demonstrated a proactive approach and a strong ability to implement innovative strategies. Previously, Hesham held key positions, including Clinker Production Manager and Process Section Head at Italcementi and Suez Cement Company, respectively, where responsibilities included managing high-quality clinker production, ensuring safety compliance, and overseeing kiln and mill operations. Hesham's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Cairo University.
