Ian Brighton has extensive experience in the financial services sector, particularly in credit management and mortgages. Currently serving as the Head of Credit Management & Mortgages and Chief Operating Officer at Suffolk Building Society since April 2003, Ian is an integral member of the Executive Team, overseeing operational functions and change management within the organization. Prior to this, Ian worked at Mortgages Plc as Head of Operations, managing mortgage processes and a team of over 80 staff. Ian's career also includes roles at Ipswich Building Society and Halifax, where responsibilities encompassed branch management and sales targets for mortgage business. Ian's educational background includes attendance at Wisbech Grammar School and the IFS School of Finance.
