Gretchen Boehmcke

Gretchen Boehmcke currently serves as the Manager of Construction Learning & Development at Suffolk Construction, where responsibilities include orchestrating an 18-month professional development program, planning extensive training events nationwide, and forging cross-departmental partnerships to enhance employee engagement and collaboration. Prior to this role, Gretchen was a Learning and Professional Development Specialist and Coordinator at Goodwin, overseeing training program lifecycles and maintaining compliance with licensing requirements. Additional experience includes program coordination roles at the CIO Executive Council and Paradigm Medical Communications, where leadership development and continuing education activities were managed.
