John McCarthy

John McCarthy is an experienced construction professional with a strong focus on healthcare projects. Currently serving at Suffolk Construction since November 2021 in a healthcare capacity, John previously held roles as General Superintendent at Structure Tone and Vice President - General Superintendent at Lendlease, where responsibilities included overseeing significant projects such as the 11-story core and shell commercial building at 460 West 126th Street in Harlem and the 1880 Boston Road Senior Apartments in the Bronx.
