Jon Sadowski

Jon Sadowski is an experienced cybersecurity and information technology professional currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor and Specialist for the Cybersecurity & Information Assurance Program at Suffolk County Community College. Responsibilities include managing program infrastructure and supporting hands-on instruction, along with developing an AWS-based virtualized environment. Jon also coaches the college's National Cyber League team, achieving notable rankings in national power standings. Prior experience includes serving as an Advanced Technology Engineer and Deskside Support Team Lead at Brookhaven National Laboratory, as well as holding technical support roles at BASCOM and ambient management at Metro Door Inc. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Secondary Education from Loyola University Maryland, a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Information Assurance from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a diploma in Computer Network Security from The Chubb Institute.
