Dave Merry

Dave Merry, EdD, serves as the Associate Provost and Executive Director of the Center for Career Education and Professional Development at Suffolk University since July 2020, where responsibilities include reenvisioning the Center and expanding its initiatives in line with the Suffolk 2025 strategic plan. Previously, Merry held multiple roles at Northeastern University from December 2008 to May 2020, including Associate Director for Experiential Integration, focusing on strategic partnerships and the implementation of the SAIL framework, as well as Director of Undergraduate and Graduate Cooperative Education in the College of Science, overseeing faculty and staff while managing the program's strategic development. Prior experience includes a Residence Director position at Bentley University and various educational roles. Dave Merry's academic qualifications include a Doctor of Education from Northeastern University, a Master's degree from the University of Iowa, and a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Management from the University of New Hampshire.
