Ng Man Cheuk

Dr. NG Man Cheuk, Alfred is an executive director and Chief Technology Officer of the Group and Chief Executive Officer of Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) division. He is responsible for exploring new business opportunities and overseeing Research and Development. Dr. Ng holds Bachelor of Engineering (1st Hon.) degree in Computing from Imperial College London, Master of Science (S.M.) and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, he is an Adjunct Professor at City University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining the Group, Dr. NG has worked at Qualcomm’s New Jersey Research Center.

Dr. NG. is a member of Hong Kong Trade Development Council Electronics/Electrical Appliances Industries Advisory Committee, a member of City University of Hong Kong’s Electronic Engineering Departmental Advisory Committee, Expert Review Panel (ERP) member and Steering Committee member of Logistics and Supply Chain MultiTech R&D Centre (LSCM), and the Admission Panel Member of the MARS Centre of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP). Dr. NG is also a member of Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute Company Limited (ASTRI)’s Board of Directors, a member of Vetting Committee of the Trade and Industrial Organisation Support Fund (TSF), the Executive Committee Member of Federation of Hong Kong Industries Education Committee, a member of the Electronics and Telecommunications Training Board of Vocational Training Council, and Vice Chairman of Hong Kong Electronics Industry Council (Group 5 of Federation of Hong Kong Industries).

Dr. NG has won the “Young Industrialist Awards of Hong Kong 2020” in recognition of his outstanding contribution to Hong Kong’s industrial sector and the society.
