Nitesh Damani has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nitesh is currently the Co-Founder at Khel Group, overseeing strategy, expansion, and growth. Prior to this, they worked as a Director at Sugal & Damani, where they focused on strategic investments and expanding their business into various sectors like information technology, online gaming, and real estate. Additionally, Nitesh served as a Trustee and Initiative Advisor at Empathy Foundation, a charitable trust affiliated with Sugal & Damani, where they worked on improving education and healthcare in rural areas. Nitesh also held the position of Director at S N Damani Infra, where they specialized in developing industrial warehouses. Nitesh's experience also includes being a Mentor at Payworld, a fintech company, where they contributed to their growth, expansion, and alliances.

Nitesh Damani pursued their Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Loyola College from the year 2000 to 2003. After that, they went on to attend SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research from 2004 to 2006, where they specialized in Family Business and obtained a degree in FMB.
