Rodrigo Romero Soto

Rodrigo Romero Soto is an experienced professional in continuous improvement and operational management, currently serving as Gerente de Mejora Continua at Sugal Group since March 2022, where the focus is on enhancing industrial and agricultural processes through effective methodologies. Previously, Rodrigo held the position of Jefe Mejora Continua at Coca-Cola Andina, overseeing the implementation of corporate improvement strategies across production lines. Prior roles include Jefe de Gestión Operacional y TPM and Coordinador TPM at Watt's S.A., as well as a Coordination TPM position at Envases CMF S.A., specializing in the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance.
