Luis Fernando Cruz is an experienced professional with a background in software development and process improvement. Currently serving as Gerente de Procesos y Mejora Contínua and Full Stack Developer SR at Mega Travel Touroperador since March 2019, Luis has successfully developed a user-friendly administrative portal. As the Director of Radec Design since June 2020, Luis leads a digital agency specializing in creating customized websites and innovative advertising strategies. Prior experience includes a role as Full Stack Developer SR at Fondo de Cultura Económica - México, where Luis oversaw software development and integration of new technologies from May 2017 to February 2019, and as Jefe de desarrollo de software at EDUCAL, S.A. de C.V., managing software projects and internal systems from March 2012 to May 2017.
