Matthew Hoffman

Matthew Hoffman is an experienced executive with a robust background in the agricultural and chemical industries. Currently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sugar Cane Growers Cooperative of Florida since November 2010, Matthew has held various roles within the organization, including Vice President of Marketing & Business Development and Manager of Marketing & Special Projects. Prior to this, Matthew was the Founding President of Tellus Products, LLC, from January 2016 to September 2021, guiding the company from concept to commercial operations and overseeing several expansions. Earlier in the career, Matthew worked as a Territory Sales Manager at Dow Chemical from October 2007 to October 2010. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Resource Economics from the University of Florida, complemented by prior studies at Clemson University.
