Vincent Burskey has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Vincent started their career as an Attorney at Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC in 2004, where they represented lenders in commercial loan transactions and drafted lease and loan documents. In 2005, they joined Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP, where they continued to represent lenders in commercial real estate transactions and performed due diligence for all aspects of commercial real estate closings.

In 2013, Vincent moved to PNC as a Senior Counsel, specializing in negotiating commercial loan and lease documents for equipment finance transactions. Vincent also provided training to business professionals on best practices in commercial lending transactions.

In 2017, Vincent joined Office Depot as an Assistant General Counsel. There, they negotiated commercial contracts for the Business Solutions Division and advised the Treasury department on compliance with a syndicated credit facility worth $1.2 billion.

Most recently, Vincent became the Vice President of Legal Affairs and General Counsel at the Sugar Cane Growers Cooperative of Florida in 2021. In this role, they are responsible for all aspects of legal compliance for the corporation, negotiates commercial contracts and financing agreements, and manages litigation and environmental compliance.

Vincent Burskey began their education in 1997 at West Virginia University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, General. Vincent completed their undergraduate studies in 2001. In 1999, they briefly attended Australian Catholic University, focusing on International Business. Later, from 2001 to 2004, Vincent attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for their Juris Doctor degree. In 2003, they also spent a short time at The University of Manchester, studying Law.
