Amanda Broemmer

Amanda Broemmer is a Chemical Engineering graduate from the University of Maryland, with a Bachelor's degree earned in May 2023. Currently serving as a Process Engineer in the Graduate Development Program at C&H Sugar since July 2023, Amanda has been involved in projects focusing on water and energy usage as well as sucrose loss management, and oversees the recycling system for the refinery. Prior experience includes a Supply Chain In Market Operations Internship at Frito-Lay, where improvements in unit accuracy and communication with frontline workers were achieved, and a Sales Engineering and Marketing Internship at Koch Modular Process Systems, LLC, where Amanda contributed to pricing systems and sustainability initiatives. Additionally, during the pandemic, Amanda worked as an Instacart Shopper, ensuring customer safety through rigorous sanitation practices.
