Cristian Brown-Bautista

Cristian Brown-Bautista is an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager at C&H Sugar, where responsibilities include managing the Continuous Improvement Agenda and collaborating with peers across North America and Europe. Previously, Cristian held the position of Packaging Maintenance Team Manager, overseeing a diverse maintenance team and enhancing the Packaging Department's reliability and efficiency. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Maintenance Mechanics at Grupo Bimbo, leading maintenance operations in a major Latin American plant, Development Engineer at TRIMCO S.A., and Support Engineer at Weston S.A.S., with early experience as a Technical Intern at Nutresa. Cristian holds an MS in Management and Development Practice with a focus on Sustainability Studies and a BS in Mechanical Engineering, both from Universidad de Los Andes.
