Ajay Sakpal has been working in the field of Human Resources since 2013. ajay began their career as an HR Recruiter at G Gheewala Human Resources Consultants in 2013. In 2016, they moved to Time Technoplast Ltd as an HR Executive. In 2017, they joined Amazon as a Recruitment Coordinator. In 2022, they began working at Dunzo as a City HR Coordinator and at SUGAR Cosmetics as a Senior Human Resources Generalist.

Ajay Sakpal received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Mumbai in 2006, majoring in Psychology. ajay then went on to pursue their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Mumbai, which they completed in 2011. Finally, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Mumbai in 2013, with a focus in Human Resources Management.
