JM Stodola has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They began their career as a Camp Counselor at Camp Winnamocka Inc, where they were responsible for counseling children and teaching life skills. They later interned at KARK 4, assisting news reporters and producing segments. They also interned at Los Angeles City Hall, working with Councilman Joe Buscaino and their staff on various projects. At Conan, they served as a Research Intern, researching show guests and assisting with Up & Up, a monthly comedy and music show. They then worked at Rhodes College as a Communications Department Student Associate, writing online and video features and introducing a video initiative. Most recently, they worked at Brillstein Entertainment Partners as an Assistant to Talent Managers, scheduling calls and meetings for managers and their clients. They currently hold the position of Assistant to Talent Manager at Sugar23.

From 2015 to 2019, JM Stodola attended Rhodes College, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government.
