Dmitrii Mikhalchenko

Dmitrii Mikhalchenko has extensive work experience in the field of software development, with a focus on CRM systems. Dmitrii began their career as an Engineering Programmer at Build Market in 2003. Dmitrii then worked as an Engineering Programmer at CJSC Server, where they researched and developed new programming environments. In 2005, they joined MTS Group as an IT Specialist, responsible for the deployment and administration of HP OV Service Desk and maintenance of the company's CRM and Billing systems. Dmitrii later became a Senior Specialist at MTS Group, where they developed software using Visual Studio and was involved in projects related to CRM user interfaces. From 2007 to 2012, Dmitrii worked as a freelance PHP web developer, creating PHP projects from concept to web application. In 2013, they joined Trading Pursuits as a PHP & CRM Senior Developer, focusing on SugarCRM development and API integration. From 2016 to 2020, Dmitrii worked at Loaded Technologies as a SugarCRM Solution Architect & Technical Lead, leading development teams, designing solution architectures, and implementing customizations and integrations. Dmitrii then joined Bigtincan as a Software Engineer, where they worked on various projects and eventually became a Senior Software Engineer. Currently, they are working at SugarCRM as a CRM Technical Lead since March 2021.

Dmitrii Mikhalchenko obtained a Graduate Diploma in Information Systems in Economics from Fareast State Academy of Economics and Management in the years 1998 to 2003. Dmitrii also holds several certifications including CRM Solution Architect Professional from SugarCRM in 2019, SugarCRM 7.x Developer Specialist from SugarCRM University in 2018, and various Oracle certifications in PL/SQL and database management obtained in 2012.
