Jelena Zdero

Jelena Zdero is a skilled UX Designer currently leading UX efforts for the Sugar Core project at SugarCRM since April 2023. Previously, Jelena served as a UX/UI Designer at Hooloovoo, where responsibilities included conducting user research and transforming findings into user-centered designs. With a solid foundation as a UI Designer at PhoenixNAP and CCBill, Jelena developed user interfaces aligning with business goals and technical specifications. Early career experience includes freelance work designing UI for various clients and web/mobile applications, as well as roles in web design at Kolosek. Jelena holds a Master's degree in Graphic Engineering and Design from the Faculty of Technical Sciences, Novi Sad, and has pursued additional education in psychology at Psihopolis Institute.
