Joe Dawe

Joe Dawe currently serves as SVP of Consulting Services and previously held the position of VP of Consulting Services at SugarCRM, a leader in customer experience solutions. Prior to this, Joe was Chief Operating Officer at W-Systems, enhancing customer-facing teams' effectiveness through CRM solutions before its acquisition by SugarCRM. Joe's background includes significant roles at Skillsoft, where responsibilities included overseeing global sales operations and transforming sales organizations, and at Akamai Technologies, where contributions involved scaling business operations and analytics. Earlier career experiences included leadership positions at Steelpoint Technologies, Pencom New Technologies, Ameridata/GE Capital Consulting, and a foundational role in sales operations at Karp's Manufactured Products. Additionally, Joe served as a First Lieutenant in the Massachusetts Army National Guard and holds an Executive Program degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Richmond.
