Tristan Michaleski has held various positions in the supply chain and operations fields since 2008. From 2008 to 2014, they were Head of Operations and Production Manager at Royal Ingredients, LLC. As Production Manager, they managed all operations personnel and manufacturing activities from start up to 80 employees, including recruiting, hiring, training, and developing employees within the organization's management, manufacturing, and administrative positions. From 2014 to 2018, they were Director of Global Supply Chain at Royal Ingredients, LLC. In 2018, they moved to Sugaright (Division of CSC Sugar) as Vice President of Supply Chain and Director of Corporate Strategy. In this role, they evaluated, analyzed, and redesigned corporate strategy regarding logistics, operations, and new product development. Tristan also led the development and implementation of sustainable, structured, and profitable programs.
Tristan Michaleski graduated from James Madison University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Marketing.
