Anna Kifer

Anna Kifer has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Anna began their career in 2005 in the US Air Force Reserve as a Training Manager and Fuels Apprentice, where they excelled in creating training schedules and implementing electronic training record systems. In 2010, Anna worked as an Office Manager in Laguna Construction & Builder, where they managed accounting and performed financial audits. Anna then joined Stiles Byrum & Horne, LLP as an Office Administrator in 2012, implementing digital file storage and rehabilitating the accounting system.

In 2013, Anna became a Customer Engagement Manager at SolidProfessor, overseeing renewal accounts and contributing to increased renewal rates and new opportunities. Anna joined Randall-Reilly in 2014 and took on roles such as Sr. Client Success Manager, Operations Lead, and Sr. Product Manager. In these positions, they managed client accounts, analyzed and adjusted AI products, led product management processes, and prioritized products and features.

Most recently, Anna has been working at Sugarwish, starting in 2021. Anna initially joined as a Project Manager and later advanced to Senior Project Manager and Sr. Project and QA Manager. Anna'sresponsibilities include overseeing projects and quality assurance. Overall, Anna Kifer has demonstrated expertise in project management, client success, product management, and office administration throughout their career.

Anna Kifer completed their education in a chronological order. In 2003 to 2005, they attended the University of Pittsburgh, studying Business Administration, but did not obtain a degree. From 2005 to 2007, Anna attended Brooks College, where they earned an AA degree in Fashion Merchandising. Later, in 2010 to 2012, they studied Business Management at the University of Phoenix and obtained a Bachelor's degree. Additionally, in December 2020, Anna obtained a certification as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER.
