Swati Phadke

Swati Phadke has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Swati started their career at PwC, where they gained experience in team leadership and internal and external audits. Swati then moved on to Talentica Software, where they served as the Chief Financial Officer and played a crucial role in handling the merger process and implementing tax merger strategies. Following this, Swati joined Shandong Heavy Industry India Pvt Ltd as the General Manager of Finance, where they successfully implemented cost management strategies, improved cash flow management, and played a key role in designing a tax-efficient business model. Swati later joined Sugru / FormFormForm Ltd as the CFO and Head of Business Operations, overseeing finance and administrative functions and providing strategic input. Most recently, Swati has been working at MishiPay as the CFO, where they support fundraising activities, sets financial KPIs, and provides financial support for the strategic sale of the business.

Swati Phadke completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.COM) from ISSC, University of Pune, during the period of 2001 to 2004. Following that, they pursued their Chartered Accountant degree from ICAI, specializing in a field equivalent to ACCA & ACA, from 2002 to 2006.
