Nasouh Al Rifai has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Nasouh began their career at International Legal Bureau in 2012 as a Trainee Lawyer, where they gained experience in commercial and civil litigation, drafting legal agreements, and conducting legal research. Nasouh then became an Associate Attorney, practicing civil, commercial, and banking litigation, drafting legal documents, and managing minutes of meetings for clients.

In 2019, Nasouh Al Rifai joined Suhail Industrial Holding Group as a Legal Counsel. In this role, they drafted, reviewed, and negotiated various agreements, conducted legal research, and created an internal template document library. Nasouh later became the General Counsel, where they provided legal advice and guidance to senior executives and ensured compliance with laws and regulations. Nasouh also served as the Director of Legal Affairs and Compliance, where they were a member of the IPO Committee and managed preparations for the Group's Initial Public Offering and listing on the Qatar Stock Exchange. Overall, Nasouh Al Rifai has demonstrated expertise in legal matters and strategic decision-making.

Nasouh Al Rifai completed their education in a chronological order. Nasouh obtained their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Damascus University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Relations and Diplomacy from Damascus University, completing it from 2014 to 2017.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Nasouh Al Rifai has obtained several certifications. Nasouh received a certification in Executive Leadership and The Three Pillars of Effective Communication from LinkedIn in April 2023. In September 2021, they obtained a certification in Contract Law: From Trust to Promise to Contract from Harvard Law School. Nasouh also holds a certification in Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism, which they obtained from the Qatar Chamber of Commerce & Industry in December 2021. Additionally, they obtained a qualification and preparation certification for arbitrators from the Qatar International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration in March 2020, in collaboration with Qatar University's Center of Continuing Education.
